情緒耗竭或倦怠(burnout)是一種慢性壓力狀況,可能會導致不信任、社交退縮、無力及缺乏成就感。
一旦發生情緒耗竭,你將難以好好工作。危險的是這種工作倦怠的情況是隨著時間逐漸累積,並非像是感冒一樣,可能一覺醒來就發生,也因此更難察覺並尋求治療,不過仍可從下列警訊察覺部分跡象。
