“Allow every individual who is about health in Taiwan an opportunity to influence the world.” After graduating and then two years of surgical training, Chiang Kuan Yu had found that the doctor’s work is not as good as we imagined, which is full of negative work cultures. In order to learn more about the plight of medical treatment, Chiang Kuan Yu decided to apply internal medicine training. From experiences of primary care and intensive care, he believes coordination and communicating is imperative between profession and society in order to create mutually beneficial healthcare reforms.
